Procedures to hire employees in Brazil

ADMISSION OF EMPLOYEE
On admission staff, the employer must adhere to various routines, for hiring and record employment, among which, specifically:
LABOR and Social Security (CTPS)
The Portfolio of Labor and Social Security will be presented, against receipt, by the worker to the employer that the admit, that will 48 (forty-eight) hours to get, specifically:
Employer Identification;
The admission date;
Compensation and special conditions, if there is.
EMPLOYEES RECORD BOOK
MEDICAL EXAM
Medical examination on admission requirement is essential and must be done on behalf of the employer, because through it is verified physical or mental ability employee, pursuant to article. 168, I, CLT.
CONTRIBUTION OF TRADE UNIONS
Upon admission of any employee, it will require the employer to submit proof of discharge of union dues. If the employee does not prove, either through note in CTPS, whether by collecting guide or the own union statement, the employer must make the discount.
VALE TRANSPORT
An officer who receives the Valley Transportation must inform the employer, written:
Your home address;
Services and means of transport best suited to your work commuting to work and vice versa;r, since through it the physical or mental capacity of the employee is verified, as provided in art.
168, I, of the CLT.
